Tellicherry Garbled Special Extra Bold Grade (TGSEB)

Tellicherry Garbled Special Extra Bold or TGSEB is the very highest grade of pepper. Only dried Tellicherry peppercorns larger than 4.75 mm, sorted or "garbled" using a standard 4.75 mm sieve, are packaged under this grade. Our TGSEB is a blend of three local varietals – Chettan, Karimunda, and Panniyur.

Tellicherry Garbled or TG is a superior grade of pepper. Only dried peppercorns larger than 4.25 mm, sorted or "garbled" using a standard 4.25 mm sieve, are packaged under this grade. Like our TGSEB, our TG grade pepper is a blend of three local varietals – Chettan, Karimunda, and Panniyur.
