Authentikon Organic Olive Oil takes 1st prize in the renowned Bio-Hotels Best of Bio Gourmet Award for the best delicate olive oil, while Kalliston takes 2nd prize in the non organic category. Olive oil experts Dr. Andrea Giomo and Amadeus Löw, together with the Corporazione dei Mastri Oleari (Corporation of Olive Oil Masters) complied a shortlist of olive oil which was then judged by Bio Hotels trained lay tasters.
